Tienken Road Park Property is green space owned by the City of Rochester Hills. It is reserved for parkland by the city, but remains undeveloped. While this property has been largely untouched for decades, it is monitored and maintained by the City and the park steward, Pablo Fraccarolli. Tienken Park Invasive Species Management
You may have recently noticed areas in Tienken Park where significant vegetation has been cleared. This is the initial phase of a vital project undertaken by the City of Rochester Hills Parks and Natural Resources Department to manage and remove invasive woody plants that have become dominant in the park.
Trail Etiquette:
The trails at Tienken Park are all currently ‘multi user’ and shared by walkers, runners, and bikers. Please use common trail etiquette… Be alert, be courteous, do not block the trail, keep right, and pass on the left with an audible warning. Bikers are generally expected to yield to walkers on the trail, but an alert walker will often yield the right of way as it is sometimes easier.
